In order to provide our service and be able to log teachers in, we do collect personally identifiable teacher data.

We are fully FERPA, COPPA, CIRPA, SOPPA, SOPIPA, and NY Ed-Law 2d compliant. Furthermore, we are signatories of the Student Data Privacy Pledge, members of several Privacy Consortiums in the US, and have several state-wide privacy documents, district DPAs as well as Exhibit-E forms signed that your district can easily piggy-back onto if needed.
